Every coach has a story. Here’s mine.

For years I envisioned what would become Pursuit, and I’m proud to bring that vision to life. After three years as Program Director at The-Skill-Factory, I decided to step away from coaching athletes day-to-day and focus on developing and educating coaches.

My background spans youth, high school, and post-graduate basketball, and in those spaces I saw the challenges coaches face on a routine basis. Pursuit exists to give coaches a platform and resources to grow in ways they may not have thought possible before. My goal is to help coaches create psychologically safe learning environments that promote skill acquisition and human development through evidence-based principles.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my dogs, at a concert, or exploring Atlanta’s food scene with friends.
